Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist

At Emcor UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Assurance team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on health, safety, environmental, and wellbeing matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our clients' facilities meet the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability.
  • Provide training and guidance to our clients' staff on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  • Collaborate with our clients' teams to develop and implement strategies for improving health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environmental performance.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
