About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Toy Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in the setup and maintenance of The Entertainer concessions within Tesco stores across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Entertainer space is set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Provide coaching and training to fellow merchandisers on merchandising principles and procedures.
  • Act as a compliance champion, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with instore colleagues, including department and store managers, and local Entertainer Field Managers.
  • Provide quality feedback and category intelligence to the client account team.
  • Capture photo and video content for marketing purposes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for business use.
  • Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
  • Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
