Job Summary:

Lorien is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join their Mergers and Acquisitions team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects, driving business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and control while maintaining commercial awareness.
  • Design and run projects using the PRINCE2 framework, tailoring this methodology to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical resources.
  • Drive project delivery and success, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the wider delivery team, management structure, and business leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project management processes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to technical resources, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure M&A IT integrations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience in delivering projects involving M&A from an IT workstream perspective, including the extension of technology and integration of systems.
  • Ability to work within international compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work within a hybrid on-premise and off-premise cloud computing environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in delivering projects involving email migration processes and complex email routing environments.
  • Experience in delivering projects involving application deployment (not development).
  • Experience in delivering projects involving system deployments, upgrades, or migrations.
  • Experience in delivering projects involving security system rollout, including managing privileged access, data loss prevention, and MFA.
  • Experience in delivering projects involving release management.
