Overview

ERS is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning interventions across all areas of our organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our employees acquire the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative learning programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and future ambitions.
  • Lead the delivery of the corporate induction program, ensuring it is dynamic, relevant, and effectively introduces new employees to our company culture and objectives.
  • Support change management initiatives by creating targeted training solutions that facilitate successful adoption of new processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with our compliance team to design and deliver effective training programs that meet regulatory requirements (Lloyd's/FCA).
  • Develop system training materials and desktop process guides to empower employees with the skills needed to utilize our policy and claims systems effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences, including senior leadership teams.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to adapt to evolving business needs and learner requirements.
  • Solid understanding of FCA rules and guidelines.
  • Strong training, development, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to design and administer e-learning modules.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Learning & Development or Training.
