As a Claims Broker/Team Leader, you will be responsible for handling claims broking as well as team leadership responsibilities. Your duties will include reviewing and assessing claims, anticipating potential issues, and deciding on a course of action. You will also be responsible for processing and monitoring claims, dealing with accounting issues, and client enquiries. Additionally, you will produce management information, broker claims files into the market, and process and broker bordereaux files.
You will work closely with clients, loss adjusters, TPAs, and attorneys to achieve the desired outcome for our clients and develop relationships. Your role will also involve dealing with issues relating to claims or accounts, maintaining required records, reports, and files, and monitoring claim outstanding and movements.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience within a similar claims broking role, with a focus on property claims. US and/or Canadian claims experience is desirable.
This is a permanent role based in London, with a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Our client is a leading Lloyds Broker, and we are proud to offer a very inclusive and fair opportunities employer.
