Residential Care Home Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks to residents and staff.
- Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register.
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
- Willingness to study for a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5.
