We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
- Leadership and management experience in a care setting, preferably with a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of care professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
