About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at HC-One. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure that our care home is run in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register.
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
