About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our residential care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

You will lead a team of dedicated care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your expertise in dementia and nursing care will be invaluable in developing and implementing individualized care plans that promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of care staff
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient running of the care home
  • Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation
  • Promoting our residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in dementia and nursing care
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy for our residents
