About the Role

We are currently working in partnership with an academy trust based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Safeguarding Administrator on a temporary 8-week contract. The position is due to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with reviewing safeguarding documents and ensuring safeguarding documents are accessible.
  • Provide administrative support related to safeguarding training delivery and compliance.
  • Keep safeguarding records and systems up to date and accurate.
  • Support the safeguarding team with administrative tasks related to Designated Safeguarding Leads.
  • Support completion of safeguarding referrals and referrals to external agencies.
  • To have a working knowledge of safeguarding systems (preferably CPOMs) and data entry.
  • Support with day-to-day administrative tasks relating to safeguarding.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a secondary school administration setting, with any experience of safeguarding administration.
  • The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of safeguarding systems (preferably CPOMs) and data entry.
