Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Jean Hayes Reablement Unit as a bank staff member.
As a bank Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, you will be working on a flexible basis to support the Trust in providing high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients on the reablement unit, including mobility, functional, and cognitive assessments.
- Delegation and Supervision: Delegate appropriate work to Therapy Practitioners and provide supervision and guidance as needed.
- Multidisciplinary Working: Collaborate with physiotherapy and nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Discharge Planning: Develop and implement discharge plans, including liaison with relatives and external agencies.
