About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Child and Family Social Worker in CAMHS. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage complex cases involving children and families, working closely with other professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other stakeholders on child and family social work practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to child and family social work.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of care plans for children and families.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and organizations to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience of working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to child and family social work.
