About The Role

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in leading a team of Business Analysts to support various projects and initiatives across the organization. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and domain knowledge to drive successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Management: Conduct thorough business analysis, gather requirements, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Project Delivery: Manage and deliver projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Strategic Planning and Decision Making: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies, making informed decisions that drive business growth.
  • Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure high-quality deliverables, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance business processes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business leaders, team members, and external partners.
  • Business Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive business documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
About You

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Leadership and management skills: Experience leading teams and managing projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Business acumen: In-depth knowledge of business operations, including finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including JIRA and Confluence.
