About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead our ERP software projects across various business divisions, including manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and procurement. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing all aspects of our ERP program and projects, from planning to execution and support.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of ERP projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Scope and Deliverables: Facilitate project initiation documentation, set up necessary project structures, and manage resource forecasting using Jira.
- Reporting: Provide status updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Control commercial aspects, resource allocation, and functional risks.
- Change Management: Monitor and facilitate changes within project constraints.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings and workshops to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing complex, medium to large ERP projects, with specific experience in manufacturing and financial inputs, ideally with IFS or similar ERP systems.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Leadership: Experience in leadership or management roles, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and lead teams.
