Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and encouragement to our service users, taking direction from both the individual and their person-centred support plan. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and may be asked to administer personal care and medication.
As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to cover sleep-in sessions, which will be paid at an additional rate of £60 per session.
