We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Barnt Green as a Ward Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent patient care.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to provide high-quality patient care and services.
