We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic brand plans for one of our key brands in the pet food industry. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving brand performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive business growth and improve brand performance
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver best-in-class brand campaigns and long-term innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success and profitability
  • Provide leadership and support to direct reports to ensure successful brand execution

About the Company

Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation® is a leading pet food manufacturer with a strong presence in the UK market. We pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and community engagement.

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Interview Process

We will be conducting a two-stage interview process, consisting of a team call and a face-to-face interview with a presentation.
