We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team at The RED Group. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial services business by processing new applications, liaising with clients and lenders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, mortgage advisers, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of applications.
  • Processing new applications, preparing them for lenders and underwriters, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Providing administrative support, including data input, answering inbound calls, and communicating with clients and stakeholders via email.
  • General administration duties, including dealing with inbound and outbound post, file scanning, and other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the financial services industry, with a focus on mortgage processing.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a good telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
  • CEMAP qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work in a small, tight team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
