About the Role

As a Guest Services Supervisor at Hampton by Hilton London City, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Reception Manager in maintaining a positive team morale, providing training and coaching to team members, and ensuring that all reception duties are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Reception Manager in the daily running of the Front Office department
  • Maintain positive team morale and provide training and coaching to team members
  • Ensure that all reception duties are carried out as laid out in the shift procedure
  • Support food and beverage operations when needed
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team member performance
  • Communicate departmental goals and targets to the team
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will have previous experience in a hotel environment, excellent communication skills, and a strong command of the English language. You will also be punctual, flexible, and an effective team player.
