Are you an experienced Head Waiter/Supervisor seeking a fantastic opportunity in the hospitality industry? Join our client dynamic team in the heart of Whitechapel

We’re looking for a Head Waiter/Supervisor to join our team. To be considered, you must have at least a year of experience as a Supervisor or Head Waiter in busy, high-profile restaurants.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for the running of the restaurant, including setting up and taking down of the restaurant daily.
- Ensuring high and consistent service and hospitality standards.
- Actively dealing with customer complaints.
- Set an example to staff when running the door, the pass and the floor or working a section.
- Managing and developing less experienced staff, as well as holding engaging and informative briefings.
- Get involved in training, induction, and development of the team.

Competitive salary ranging from £14 to £14.50 per hour including holiday.
