Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Professional to join our team at Get Staff. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing, and repairs for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of information between the workshop and the customer, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Provide customers with estimates and notify them when the work is completed.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate.
  • Previous experience within a similar role within the automotive industry is essential.
  • Full clean UK driving licence or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
