Chroma Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and Engineers in the design and delivery of complex Refrigeration and Pressure Equipment used in various industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely delivery of high-value projects for key clients in the Refrigeration space.
- Manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including site visits, kick-off meetings, and project scope definition.
- Ensure project finance control and delivery.
- Travel throughout the UK to support project delivery and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in a Project or Engineering discipline (desirable).
- Strong project management experience, particularly in Refrigeration Systems and Pressure Equipment.
- Proven experience in installations and team management.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
