Project Manager FM Variations Role

A well-established FM company, Fusion People Ltd, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee variations projects across a portfolio of contracts in the East and West Midlands. The successful candidate will manage projects primarily based in the Nottingham region, involving the conversion of medical centre office space into treatment rooms. With a total budget of around £3m for the next year, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with knowledge of the RIBA stages.

This position covers a significant area, including most of the Midlands, mainly Nottingham and Birmingham, as well as parts of Leicester, Derby, and Sandwell. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and be familiar with the RIBA stages.
