Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  2. Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  4. Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
  5. Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
  2. Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
