Pharmacist (Weekends Only) - Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the clinical pharmacy services team to deliver high-quality patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and local guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert clinical advice and support on medicines management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance strategies to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices in clinical pharmacy services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote the role of clinical pharmacy services in improving patient care.
- Registered Pharmacist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice.
- Experience in clinical pharmacy services management and leadership.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in medicines management and clinical governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
