Raw Materials Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Materials Technologist to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain raw material specifications, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation and approvals.
  • Assist in the assessment of new raw materials and provide recommendations for their use.
  • Support the development of profit improvement plans related to raw material supply.
Requirements:
  • HND or equivalent in a food-related discipline.
  • HACCP- Level 2 certification.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable: Authenticate/ Food Connected training, Recipe Professor Training, Allergen Training, and understanding of VACCP.
