Job Title: Process Development Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Technologist to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for supporting the launch of new and improved products, ensuring timely delivery and meeting all brand and customer standards.

About the Role:
  • Support the effective launch of new and improved products, following the Compleat Food Group's Product Launch Process.
  • Collaborate with the NPD team, Managers, and Chefs to create new products that meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to deliver efficient, great-tasting, quality products.
  • Complete paperwork required to launch new products, including shelf life testing, organoleptic reviews, nutritional testing, and QA Standards.
  • Lead product handover meetings to Operations and ensure all teams are communicated to effectively about new products launching.
About You:

We are looking for someone with a passion for food and an enthusiasm to learn on the job in a fast-paced sector of the industry. You will be a positive can-do attitude, able to work calmly under pressure, and have excellent time management and communication skills. Experience in a similar role or food manufacturing is desirable but not essential.

Requirements:
  • Qualification in a food-based or manufacturing subject.
  • Food manufacturing experience within an FMCG environment.
  • HACCP/Food Safety Training/basic knowledge.
  • Computer skills.
