Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex projects, including those involving novel modalities, in collaboration with Flagship platform companies.
- Think strategically at the asset and portfolio level, driving business growth and expansion.
- Work closely with project teams to develop integrated development plans and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and execute partnership goals.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on partnership initiatives and market expansion strategies.
- PhD, Master's, or BS/BA/MBA degree.
- 8+ years of experience in drug discovery and development or scientific, functional experience.
- 6+ years of drug development project management experience.
- Scientific/research background, preferably in Metabolic, Immunology, CV, and/or renal disease areas.
- Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape, including key players, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
