Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex projects, including those involving novel modalities, in collaboration with Flagship platform companies.
  • Think strategically at the asset and portfolio level, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with project teams to develop integrated development plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and execute partnership goals.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on partnership initiatives and market expansion strategies.
Requirements:
  • PhD, Master's, or BS/BA/MBA degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in drug discovery and development or scientific, functional experience.
  • 6+ years of drug development project management experience.
  • Scientific/research background, preferably in Metabolic, Immunology, CV, and/or renal disease areas.
  • Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape, including key players, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
