We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in Bracknell. As a Shopper Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the team in the FMCG environment, working with market-leading brands, and collaborating with data analysts and e-commerce specialists.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the development and execution of a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan for the Retail District
* Collaborate with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to identify growth opportunities
* Develop a deep understanding of brands, products, and brand campaigns to effectively promote them
* Build strong relationships with key marketing personnel at customer accounts and understand their go-to-market strategies, target audiences, and operations to align marketing efforts
* Evaluate the financial viability of marketing tactics, manage the budget, and analyze marketing performance to optimize future strategies
**Requirements**
* Degree in Marketing or higher from an accredited institution
