Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary:

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance programmes in accordance with client specifications, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the senior maintenance engineer to create weekly work schedules, covering all planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Manage the Maximo asset management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, emergency callouts, and defect reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on maintenance activities, forecasting, and defect management, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Interface with supply chain partners to ensure adequate resources are available for maintenance activities.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the maintenance team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Maximo asset management system or similar software.
