  • Manage social prescribing services to support veterans in accessing community resources
  • Champion the needs of veterans and advocate for their rights and entitlements
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of veterans and staff
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering support services
  • Experience in managing and motivating teams to deliver excellent performance
  • Knowledge of community regeneration and social prescribing
  • Ability to innovate and transform services to become customer-focused and deliver value for money
  • Excellent understanding of the regulatory framework around support services in England
  • Management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of charity or private sector operations
  • Experience working with local authorities and community partners
  • Passionate about supporting veterans of the armed forces
