  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operation of our facilities.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
  • Qualification in plumbing level 2 or 3.
  • Knowledge of commercial maintenance and commercial plant rooms.
  • Ability to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.
  • Own safety boots and basic hand tools.
