Job Title: Engineering Manager

Consult2Recruit is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our fleet's operational excellence.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians in delivering exceptional maintenance and repair services. The successful candidate will develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize vehicle performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless operation of the fleet and address any technical challenges.
  • Oversee the procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for effective maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and budget management.
Qualifications:
  • NVQ in HGV/PSV Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and leadership.
