About the Role:

Advance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and live independently. This will involve supporting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and domestic duties.

You will also be required to work collaboratively with our customers, their families, and other professionals to ensure that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
