About the Role:- Provide individualized support to students with SEND in a primary school setting
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Assist with the delivery of lessons and activities, promoting engagement and inclusion
- Support students with emotional, social, and behavioral needs, using positive behavior management techniques
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
- Relevant experience working in the care sector or education sector
- 2 years of references from today's date
- Happy to purchase or provide an enhanced DBS on the update service
- Desirable - Experience working in SEND settings or qualifications that aid this type of role
