About the Role:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND in a primary school setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Assist with the delivery of lessons and activities, promoting engagement and inclusion
  • Support students with emotional, social, and behavioral needs, using positive behavior management techniques
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working in the care sector or education sector
  • 2 years of references from today's date
  • Happy to purchase or provide an enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Desirable - Experience working in SEND settings or qualifications that aid this type of role
