Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Oversee the delivery of production work, ensuring that it is completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Creative Services and Print Teams to deliver customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Retail Marketing across all channels.
- Understanding of production and output requirements across all channels, with a deep understanding of POS.
- Excellent service-minded approach with proven customer management skills.
- Proven experience of content art-working and print processes.
- Second-to-none project management and organisational skills.
- Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly numerate and commercially aware.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel and ideally the site of Adobe software solutions (In-Design etc).
