Whitbread is a renowned hospitality company that is cherished by countless guests. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our Business Support Team. This position is ideal for those who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Role Overview

This is not your typical customer service position; it offers a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are alike. Communication will occur through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will engage with high-value clients, providing them with a tailored service experience. Queries may include hotel reservations or issues related to our Business Booker system.

Additionally, we encourage our Business Support Specialists to meet with clients regularly, fostering strong relationships and collaboration with Account Managers.

As part of your role, you will also host monthly webinars to inform clients about updates to the Business Booker system, ensuring they are well-informed about any changes.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all customer needs for new and existing Business-to-Business accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries related to Business Accounts, which may include new card requests, report access, and invoice downloads, with a strong emphasis on supporting the adoption of our Business Booker system.
  • Understand and communicate the key selling points of our Business Products, including both the front-end and back-end functionalities of each customer tool.
  • Engage with over 1000 self-service customers annually to assess any changes in their business needs and offer further assistance.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, resolving queries promptly and in accordance with relevant service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with business clients.
  • Experience with tools such as Business Booker, Business Account MI portal, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to influence customer decisions effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Business Booker, Business Account, and Commercial Agreements, along with their benefits for customers.
  • Experience in managing challenging customer interactions and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Excellent skills in building internal relationships and engaging cross-functional teams.
