Are you a Private Client CILEX or Solicitor (4yrs+) looking for a challenging role with opportunities for career advancement?

You will be working in a dynamic and picturesque environment, overseeing an existing caseload of Wills, Probate/Estate matters, and Court of Protection work for the firm's clients. Some experience with UK and International Tax & off-shore Trusts work would be an advantage (although not essential). Additional Residential Conveyancing experience would be an added bonus (sales/purchases, re-mortgages, RTBs and lease extensions, etc.).

The firm is offering a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and profit share, as well as opportunities for career progression and firm Partnership within six months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing caseload of Wills, Probate/Estate matters, and Court of Protection work
  • Provide expert advice on UK and International Tax & off-shore Trusts work
  • Assist with Residential Conveyancing work, including sales/purchases, re-mortgages, RTBs and lease extensions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Private Client CILEX or Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate/Estate matters, and Court of Protection work
  • Experience with UK and International Tax & off-shore Trusts work (advantageous)
  • Additional Residential Conveyancing experience (sales/purchases, re-mortgages, RTBs and lease extensions, etc.)
