Job Title: Performance Marketing Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at EF Recruitment. As a Performance Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing current marketing campaigns and performance to maximize return on media and ad spend for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insights across the performance marketing team to highlight which levers to pull when optimizing media spend to drive leads
  • Measure the return on investment (ROI) of online advertising campaigns and help understand the impact of above-the-line media in driving leads to the sales team
  • Report on marketing and sales key performance indicators (KPIs), and help the marketing team understand performance by campaign and audience type
  • Build dashboards to help the business understand cross-channel demand generation effectiveness
  • Work with the sales operations team and global partners to streamline the lead pipeline and enable a robust lead scoring model

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with in-depth marketing analysis, lead scoring, attribution modeling, advertising effectiveness to drive marketing performance
  • Strong understanding of different marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, digital media campaigns, and in-person events
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building and automating management-level dashboards in Tableau or QlikSense
  • Strong stakeholder management, partnership, and influence skills
  • Experience in experimentation and statistical analysis, including A/B testing and digital revenue attribution, is highly desirable
