What We Are Seeking:

We are in search of an Inventory Management Specialist to enhance our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the movement of stock in and out of the store, ensuring that stockroom protocols align with company standards.

Our aspiration is for every client to experience and resonate with our brand identity, motivating them to return to our stores. A well-managed stockroom is essential to achieving this vision, and that’s where you come in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Oversight: Manage the flow of goods in and out of the store, ensure that alterations are recorded and transferred to the collection area once completed, and maintain daily replenishment on the shop floor.
  • Stockroom Management: Uphold stockroom standards as per company guidelines, ensuring stock is accessible to the store team while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with head office Operations Administration and assist in company stock audits and periodic inventory counts.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all transfer and delivery documents are filed daily and archived monthly in accordance with company policy, while reporting discrepancies and addressing negative stock issues weekly.
