- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff, ensuring seamless operations.
- Coordinate renovations, refurbishments, and office moves, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Contract and manage external services, including cleaning, lift maintenance, and vending services.
- Attend and participate in meetings, taking minutes and action items as required.
- Implement effective communication strategies across the support centre, targeting diverse roles and teams.
- Manage incidents and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate parking and facilities management for employees.
- Ensure robust management of meeting rooms and hot desks.
- Manage and escalate feedback from employees to the General Manager and wider management team.
- Accurate and efficient approach to work, with ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
