Service Engineer / Plumber (Water Treatment)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer / Plumber with experience in water treatment systems to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, installing systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of various components
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance
  • Identify and troubleshoot faults
  • Manage after-sales services
  • Conduct product tests and repairs
  • Engage in occasional office work

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Service Engineer or in a similar role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a field service supervisor in pumping or cooling systems in construction
  • Level 3 plumbing qualification, ideally with a Gold Plumber's CSCS Card
  • Skilled in MS Office, 2D/3D drawing interpretation
  • Valid driving licence (25 years or older)
