We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a 38-bedded purpose-built nursing home. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a safe and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Job Summary:
- Provide hands-on care to residents with dementia and other complex needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification
- Experience working in a nursing home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including days and nights
