Activities Coordinator Role Summary
Cinnamon Care Careers is seeking a highly motivated and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Mornington Court, a luxury 57 bed care home providing residential and dementia care and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the home, including internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organise and conduct activities that encourage social, mental, and physical stimulation for residents within the home.
- Help organise fundraising events and special events such as Christmas entertainment and Ascot.
- Produce a monthly programme of events to be discussed with the General Manager of the home.
- Encourage residents and team members to participate in the home's activities programme.
- Maintain a record of activities and events.
