Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join our fundraising team in the Development, Alumni and Campaigns Office at the University of East Anglia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and managing a portfolio of major donor prospects to secure significant donations towards our strategic themes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a real impact in our fundraising efforts. You will work closely with our dedicated team to develop and implement effective strategies to engage with major donors, build relationships, and secure significant gifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of major donor prospects
  • Solicit and secure significant donations towards our strategic themes
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with major donors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising plans
