Pediatric Critical Care Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trust Fellow in Pediatric Critical Care. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to critically ill children.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of pediatric critical care transports, including coordinating logistics, stabilizing patients, and ensuring continuity of care during transfers. They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including consultants, nurses, and paramedics, to provide comprehensive care to critically ill children.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of pediatric critical care transports, including coordination, stabilization, and continuity of care
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to critically ill children
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring hospitals and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
