Position Overview

The Employee Relations Specialist will be an integral member of the Employee Relations and Policy team, focusing on enhancing management practices and the application of relevant HR policies and procedures.

This is a permanent position, reflecting team growth and development, with opportunities for hybrid working arrangements.

The salary for this role is competitive, positioned within the grade 4 salary range.

The successful candidate will adopt a supportive and proactive stance, providing timely and appropriate advice to managers on daily employee management challenges.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in advising and assisting managers with complex and sensitive employee relations matters, complemented by strong interpersonal skills to foster credible relationships with stakeholders.

About the HR Department

The Employee Relations Team operates within the HR Directorate, which plays a crucial role in supporting the success of students and academics. The HR Directorate is committed to delivering value through efficiency, effectiveness, and equity.
