Position Overview
The Employee Relations Specialist will be an integral member of the Employee Relations and Policy team, focusing on the Professional Services Directorate. This role is essential in refining people management practices and ensuring the effective interpretation and application of pertinent HR policies and procedures.
This is a permanent position resulting from internal career progression opportunities. The role offers a hybrid working model, combining both remote and office-based work.
Compensation
The starting salary for this position falls within the grade 4 salary range, from £38,165 to £41,300 per annum, inclusive of a London Allowance.
Key Responsibilities
The role holder will adopt a supportive and proactive stance, delivering timely and relevant advice to managers as they navigate daily people management challenges.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in advising and assisting managers with complex and sensitive employee relations matters. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building professional and credible relationships with various stakeholders.
