Position Overview

The Employee Relations Specialist will be an integral member of the Employee Relations and Policy team, focusing on the Professional Services Directorate. Compensation

The starting salary for this position falls within the grade 4 salary range, from £38,165 to £41,300 per annum, inclusive of a London Allowance.

The role holder will adopt a supportive and proactive stance, delivering timely and relevant advice to managers as they navigate daily people management challenges.
