Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a charitable organisation in Chell, Stoke-on-Trent. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements
• Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a similar role
