About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Sales Director to lead revenue growth for one of our flagship titles in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial and creative, to develop innovative promotional campaigns.
  • Manage production details and ensure timely delivery of advertisement copy.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and target achievement, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in advertising sales, publishing, or media sales.
  • Strong market knowledge and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a science-based field.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with production processes and advertising best practices.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising systems, trends, and strategies.
